We craft every order fresh—just like our nuggets!
Once your order is placed, it enters production within 1–3 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
- U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after production
- International orders: 7–21 business days depending on destination
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to location, customs, or carrier delays.
❌ Returns & Exchanges
All items are made to order—because of this, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless a product is defective or arrives damaged.
Got an issue?
No stress! Just send us an email at thenuggetspotsupport@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll take care of it with a replacement or refund.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders go into production quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you’re still having issues, reach out to us and we’ll help troubleshoot.
